The areas have high rates of employment with St. Richards Hospital, the Rolls Royce Motor manufacturing plant and the Goodwood Estate in Chichester and St Mary,s hospital, GKN, and Parkhurst Prison in Newport.
Several factors including economic and housing supply drive the demand for shared housing but increasingly it is the preferred choice for a new generation of professional renters. But they are also discerning and want nice places to live.
