Clearstream Property Limited is owned by Rupert and Kate Day and based in West Sussex.

Having worked in film production, Rupert as a film director and business owner of 20 years and Kate as a film producer, they decided to use their highly transferable skills to concentrate on property development. They are used to driving complex projects from conception to completion and work well as a team. Rupert has creative flair and great energy and drive; whilst Kate's background in managing productions and her early legal studies have been a complimentary blend. A track record of personal building projects and an interest in design formed the basis from which the company evolved.

As Clearstream Developments Ltd, in 2012 they undertook an ambitious project in Central London to add a luxury duplex penthouse apartment on top of an old tea warehouse in Southwark. This was a complicated build and a convoluted process in terms of planning permission and legal processes.  The result however, which co-incided with the completion of the neighbouring iconic building, The Shard, was a stunning modern home with magnificent views of the city skyline.

Their systematic approach to business and obsessive eye for detail proved a great combination. Their objective is always to create buildings that are fit for purpose and in which people can thrive. A lot of importance is placed on working with people with the same ethos and drive right across the property sector, from construction and design, to legal and financial.

As Clearstream Property Ltd, Kate and Rupert are Franchise Partners of Platinum Property Partners, (PPP) the largest and highly respected franchise group specialising in HMOs. PPP brings an invaluable resource for regulatory and professional information, critical to the effective running of the HMO side of the business. They also belong to the National Landlords Association.

Kate, Rupert and their family live in East Harting, West Sussex and when not working are found, either travelling or involved in various sporting endeavours, such as skiing, hockey, mountain biking and walking.
