Project 1 - Purchase and redevelopment of a tired, 1960's 3 bedroom house, transformed to a desirable, 7 bedroom, 6 bathroom HMO. Work included a full width rear extension, garage conversion, a complete re-wire and re-plumbing including an LD2-Grade D automatic fire detection system, CAT 6 and TV throughout and a Megaflo heating and hot water system.

Build Cost 135k.  Duration 5 months.  Value 520K

Project 2 - New build development of a large luxury duplex penthouse on top of an historic tea warehouse in Southwark SE1. A very challenging urban development on a restricted site with demanding neighbours. The result was a stunning apartment with magnificent views of the city and The Shard. Full automated lighting and sound system, air-conditioning, MVHR and underfloor heating throughout powered by air source heat pumps.

Project 3 - Extensive refurbishment and upgrade of a 3 bedroom single storey house to an efficient, high-end contemporary retirement home. Space reconfiguration. Complete new electrics and plumbing throughout. Underflloor heating. Wheelchair compliant. Exterior landscaping. 

Build Cost - 110K.  Duration 4 months.  Value 620k

Project 4 - Purchase and redevelopment of a 4 bedroom detached house, built in 1998. The interior was stripped out and reworked to form a comfortable 7 bedroom, 6 bathroom HMO. The work included a garage conversion, a new kitchen, insulating the conservatory, complete re-wire and re-plumbing including an LD2-Grade D automatic fire detection system, CAT 6 and TV throughout and a pressurised heating and hot water system.

Build Cost 121k.  Duration 3 months.  Value 570K
